FRANK MAZZOTTA

PRESIDENT

Frank Mazzotta creates outstanding traditional, contemporary and neo-classical homes, mixed-use condos, and retail spaces. He established Armour Heights Developments in the mid-1980s. As President of Armour Heights, Frank oversees bidding, sales, and marketing. He continually engages with designers, architects, and engineers to find innovative ideas to incorporate into his builds. He is a seasoned professional in construction and development and treats every project as if it is his own home or place of business. Each project put forth by Armour Heights is built with pride and sealed with Frank’s stamp of approval.

MICHAEL MAZZOTTA

PROJECT MANAGER

Michael Mazzotta is the Project Manager and oversees construction management. Michael works hard to maximize profitability through skilled contract negotiation and project estimation. Michael is responsible for task scheduling and workflow planning, building codes and permits, project budgeting, materials management, trade relations, safety and compliance, and cost evaluations. Michael has a background in Architecture and Construction Engineering that provides him with the skills to lead the construction team to closely align our construction practices to our clients’ requirements.

LUCIO MAZZOTTA

PROJECT COORDINATOR

Lucio Mazzotta is the Project Coordinator and oversees Armour Heights’ day-to-day operations. Lucio is responsible for construction administration, team building and leadership, safety management, along with task scheduling and workflow planning. Lucio is also responsible for quality control in order to reduce costs and ensure no delays. During construction Lucio ensures conformance to the original design and planning decisions. He ensures the end result meets the clients satisfaction.
