Construction Begins On Toronto’s Most Sought After Residence
The champagne was flowing at the groundbreaking for 89 Avenue Road, home to Toronto’s premier luxury condo construction project. Nestled in the heart of Yorkville, this stunning new residence is helmed by three of Toronto’s most innovative design and construction moguls, Frank Mazzotta, founder of Armour Heights Developments, Richard Wengle of Richard Wengle Architects Inc and Brian Gluckstein of Gluckstein Design.
The New York City pre-war-inspired building will feature 28 custom homes, under the creative helm of Gluckstein, using the rarest materials and finest finishes. “Like the classic limestone residences of Park Avenue, this building has a solid, substantial, and refined character that brings a tone of understated, yet striking elegance to the neighbourhood,” says Mazzotta.
Once completed this distinguished residence will include the most elegant amenities including three palatial lobbies, an indoor pool with private cabanas, a private fitness studio, a residents’ lounge and dining room with catering kitchen, an outdoor terrace with a fire pit and barbecue, and individually climate-controlled personal wine storage lockers.
89 Avenue Road is expected to take three years to complete and is currently accepting prospective residents.
